Q: What time do classes begin and end?
A: Public training sessions start at 9:00 am, local time. Please arrive a few minutes before that to allow time to check in and get your course book. Public training sessions end at 5:00 p.m. on each day. On-site training usually follows a similar schedule.

Q: How should I dress?
A: Attire for BCR Training public sessions is business casual. For onsite training, your company's dress codes apply.

Q: I registered for a course yesterday but have not received a confirmation email.
A: Our confirmation emails are usually sent out within two business days. If it is more than two business days since you submitted your registration, or if the course starts in two business days or less, call us at 1-800-227-1234
